Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This means each item is created, customized, and prepared for shipment after your order is placed.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, with more than half shipping within 3 business days.
Please note that fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Typical delivery estimates after fulfillment:

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Fulfillment time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
Delivery speeds may vary due to location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
Customers may also receive automatic email updates as shipment status changes.
Shipping Coverage
Our fulfillment partner ships worldwide to over 190 countries, and orders are typically produced at the facility closest to the customer to help reduce delivery time.
Delays & Exceptions
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting support.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot always be replaced or refunded.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production location and product availability. This helps deliver items faster whenever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
